IMPORTANT NOTE: 

This year we will be giving out wrist bands for registered members/guest. Without this wristband you will not be able to attend meetings, supplier show, extra activities, or the banquet.  Suppliers will be able to set up on Wednesday, April 24th at noon and take down on the morning of Sunday, April 28th at 9:30 am.

Additionally, each booth is 8x10. You MUST buy additional booth space if you need it. Each booth purchase includes 2 attendee tickets.

8:30 AM - Load   Buses for Deerlodge

9:00 AM - Supplier   Set up

10:00 AM - Arrive  at Deerlodge 3 groups each going to 3 different venues: 1 - Old Prison   Museum; 2- Car Museum; 3 - Grant Kohrs Ranch

4:00 PM - Buses Depart back to Helena

5:30 PM - Arrive   to Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds for evening social. Build your own Taco Bar

7:00 PM - Dolly   Momma's Karaoke
