This year we will be giving out wrist bands for registered members/guest. Without this wristband you will not be able to attend meetings, supplier show, extra activities, or the banquet.

Thursday April 25, 2024:

7:30 AM-8:30 AM - Convention   Registration Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds

8:30 AM - Load   Buses for Deerlodge

9:00 AM - Supplier   Set up

10:00 AM - Arrive  at Deerlodge 3 groups each going to 3 different venues: 1 - Old Prison   Museum; 2- Car Museum; 3 - Grant Kohrs Ranch

4:00 PM - Buses Depart back to Helena

5:30 PM - Arrive   to Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds for evening social. Build your own Taco Bar

7:00 PM - Dolly   Momma's Karaoke

Friday April 26, 2024:

7:30 AM - 8:15 AM - Convention   Registration

8:15 AM - 9:15 AM - State/Federal   Inspection Meeting

9:30 AM - Rocky   Mountain Laboratories-CWD

10:30 AM - 1st   half of general meeting

12:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Supplier   Show Opens and Lunch Build your own Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

3:00 PM - CURED   MEATS CHECK-IN THIS IS THE ONLY CHECK IN TIME

4:00 PM - Dr.   Jane Ann Boles

4:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Tips   & Tricks of the Trade (Prize for best Tip/Trick) and General Bull Session

6:00 PM - Build   your own Pasta Bar at Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds

7:00 PM - 10:00 PM -Casino   Night

Saturday April 27, 2024:

7:00 AM - Cured   Meats Judging

8:00 AM- We R   Food Safety Update

9:00 AM- AAMP   Updates - Chris Young AAMP Executive Director

10:00 AM-Powerpoint   Presentation on Knocking Chutes, Head Chatches, Butt Pushers

11:00 AM - 2nd   half of general meeting and elections

12:00 PM- Suppliers   Luncheon - Pasties

1:30 PM - Load   Buses for Gates of the Mountains Tour if weather does not cooperate there   will be a Tour of the Capital

4:30 PM -Return   and prepare for Banquet

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Cocktail   Hour

6:30 PM - Banquet,   Keynote Speaker and Auction

9:00 PM - Cured   Meats Viewing

Sunday April 28, 2024:

8:30 AM - Critique   Breakfast Dr. Jane Ann Boles

9:30 AM-Supplier   Take Down and Cured Meats pickup anything not picked up will be donated to   Helena Food Share

CURED MEAT REGISTRATION will take place during the Cured Meats Check-In at Convention
